 I was initially hired to be a one-man production team, but as our success grew, so did our demands. Building a brand from the inside out means that I had to develop editing techniques and a style that would fit the brand far into the future. As our team grew, that meant that I needed to be able to translate that brand style and teach every new editor that came into the fold. Brand consistency is key when working as an in-house production team; being able to make something recognizable, entertaining, and teachable is paramount to video production work. You shouldn’t have to go on my word alone; of the 12 awards the creative team has received, the video production team has been recognized with an Addy award, several dotCOMM awards, and a Hermes Creative Award for video production and editing.
